The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry(IFCCI), Mumbai is organizing its FOURTH EDITION of a virtual event on ''LGBTQIA: Social Responsibility and Inclusivity at the workplace"

This event will take place in a webinar format and will aim to bring together company representatives and leaders to connect and share key diversity & inclusion (D & I) trends, developments and activities relevant to the Indian market in order to drive an informed approach to their local D & I strategy.

Objective of the event : 

1. Develop a community of resource people supporting LGBTQIA colleagues.

2. Increase awareness and open discussions on suppressed topics.

3. Create networks of social and workspace support.

4. Understand organizational efforts for a more inclusive environment.
