Mr. Sami BOUAKAZE is a graduate in Italian Language and Civilisation from the Sorbonne University in Paris. Mr. Bouakaze started his diplomatic career in West Africa, Ghana as a Lecturer and linguistic Attaché at the Embassy of France in Accra, Ghana. He later worked in Nigeria, Mumbai, Paris, Hong Kong, USA, Mexico City. In 2021, he returned back to Bombay assuming the position of Consul, Deputy Head of Mission, Consulate General of France In Mumbai. He speaks English, Spanish, Italian and French. His personal interests include Contemporary Art, Globetrotting, Sociolinguistic and Cinema. He is married and his husband is an educationist and currently Attaché for Cooperation in French Language at the Consulate General of France in Mumbai.
