Aditya Advani is a gay father of twins, Shiv and Amrita, who are now almost 12 years old.  Aditya and his partner Michael Aram Tarr met in Berkeley USA, and have been a couple for 34 years. They were always keen to have children and discussed having children when they met in 1991.  In 2012 when they had kids, they decided to bring them up in India. By profession Aditya is a landscape architect and Michael is photographer.
