Nirooban Rupathevan is a Chartered Fellow at CIPD (London). He is the HR lead, Securities Services Operations, COE Lead: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Careers, BNP Paribas ISPL.

He has been the Head of HR for BNP Paribas GSO for the last 5.9 years. He started his career in BNP Paribas Securities Services Head office in France where he held different roles in Expatriate management, HR Projects mergers & acquisitions and Global HR Business partnering.
