The IFCCI General Counsel Committee, in collaboration with Anagram Partners, successfully hosted an insightful session on "Strategies for the Administration: Insights from Both Sides" on 29th January 2025 at Roquette India Office, Mumbai. The session brought together industry leaders, legal experts, and corporate professionals to discuss key aspects of commercial litigation, arbitration, and legal frameworks in India.
The session commenced with a warm welcome from Mr. Aishwarya Ghatge, Head of HR, Greater Asia, Roquette India, who expressed his enthusiasm for hosting legal professionals at Roquette India’s premises. This was followed by Ms. Farnawaz Mistry, Head – Legal, Roquette India & Vice Chairperson, IFCCI General Counsel & Corporate Affairs Committee, who emphasized Roquette’s commitment to industry collaboration and knowledge sharing. She also provided an overview of Roquette’s global presence, its operational legacy, and its stronghold in the Indian market, highlighting the company’s leadership in the ingredient manufacturing sector.
The session featured a detailed presentation by Ms. Mayuri Tiwari and Mr. Rohan Batra, Partners, Anagram Partners, on the evolving arbitration landscape in India, focusing on Institutional vs. Ad Hoc Arbitration. The discussion covered:
