Announcing the launch of a Transformational Coaching Programme for Women Executives and Entrepreneurs

On the occasion of International Women's Day (IWD) 2025, Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI) in association with illumina Consulting is pleased to announce the launch of a Transformational Coaching Programme for 10 high potential women executives and entrepreneurs from our member companies. 

"Accelerate Action" – the theme for IWD 2025 emphasises the urgency of making faster, more effective strides toward gender equality. IWD recommends that one way for corporates to #AccelerateAction is by providing tailored, professional development opportunities specifically designed for women.  

To support our members and their commitment to Accelerate Action, IFCCI has launched this Transformational Coaching Programme to partner women executives in advancing their career and personal growth. Details of the application and selection process are provided below. 

IFCCI, in partnership with illumina Consulting, is pleased to bring this exclusive Coaching Programme, designed to develop executive and leadership capabilities. The programme will be led by Ms. Anjali Patil, Founder and Director of illumina Consulting, who brings over three decades of experience in global financial services, including senior leadership roles at BNP Paribas. As an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF, she has coached leaders across banking, fintech, technology, and not-for-profits. With a strong foundation in psychology, Anjali is passionate about helping individuals thrive by blending corporate insights with impactful leadership coaching

All funds generated under this initiative will be utilized by the Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry to organize a Health & Financial Well-being camp for under-privileged women in due course. 

The Coaching Programme is being offered to IFCCI members across India and, therefore, the coaching will be delivered virtually, via Zoom or Teams. 

BENEFITS OF COACHING 

Coaches provide personalised support, helping women executives navigate professional challenges to achieve career advancement and fulfillment. They empower women to define their goals, build confidence, improve leadership skills, and negotiate effectively, while facilitating work-life balance, reducing stress, and enhancing overall well-being.  

ICF-accredited coaches offer confidential and independent support, acting as an external sounding board and creating a safe and independent space for reflection. 

Coaching conversations can address a variety of professional development areas, such as: 

• Career Growth/ Career Transitions
• Improving Leadership Effectiveness 
• Enhanced Confidence 
• Difficult Conversations 
• Finding or renewing your Sense of Purpose 
• Work-Life Balance

WHO CAN APPLY?  

• Mid-career women executives / women entrepreneurs 
• Minimum of 08 years full-time work experience and are currently employed/self-employed 
• Looking to proactively advance in their career and optimise their potential 
• Availability to participate fully in the programme for five 1-hour sessions between May to October 2025 
• Open to Member Companies & their current employees (self-sponsored) 

YOUR COMMITMENT 

As a participant your commitment will be as follows: 

• Submit the completed Application Form 
• Upon acceptance, attend 5 x one-hour coaching sessions (approximately 1 hour per month). 

In addition, you will be expected to fully engage with your Coach in: 

• Honest self-reflection about both your strengths and areas for development 
• Willing to explore new perspectives and being open to change 
• Implementing agreed-upon actions and giving your Coach updates on the progress made 
• Provide feedback and a testimonial by email about your experience at the end of the programme. You agree that the testimonial may be anonymously used for publicity purposes.  

PROGRAMME FEE

• INR 7500 + GST for self-sponsored applicant
• INR 9500 + GST for company-sponsored applicant

APPLICATION PROCESS 

The selection process will consist of two stages: 

1. Submission of the completed Application Form (attached), no later than April 10, 2025. 
2. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a brief discussion to assess their interest, motivation, and commitment to the initiative. 

The final selection of candidates will be announced by April 30, 2025.
