IFCCI CFO and CSR Committees' Joint Meeting cum Networking Luncheon
IFCCI CFO and CSR Committees organised a Joint Meeting cum Networking Luncheon on 27th September 2024, alongside IFCCI's 47th AGM in Mumbai.
The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI) kicked-off its activities for its CFO and CSR Committees by organising a joint interaction with its committee members in the last week of September 2024; the meeting was organised on the sidelines of IFCCI's 47th AGM and centered on the importance of striking a balance between profitability and social responsibility. It delved into the collaborative efforts of CFOs and CSR Heads in ensuring that business expansion positively impacts society and the environment, thereby promoting sustainable business strategies. Additionally, the meeting examined how integrating CSR initiatives with financial success can generate enduring benefits for all stakeholders.
The session commenced with Ms. Rishika Roy, Head - Committees and Partnerships at IFCCI, welcoming the guests and facilitating a roundtable introduction of all the members present. Further which the official remarks were delivered by the leadership of both the respective Committees - Mr. Rajat Roy, Chairperson - IFCCI CFO Committee & Exec Director & VP Finance, Accor Hotels India & South Asia and Ms. Priyam Dhamankar, Vice Chairperson - IFCCI CSR Committee & Legal and Compliance Director, Company Secretary, Servier India.
This was followed by an open-house interaction amongst industry members and a networking luncheon.
