Overview of the Stimulus Package and other reforms introduced by the Government of India to propel the manufacturing sector in India in light of the COVID-19 Pandemic and to make doing business and making investments, in India easier and attractive.
Special emphasis on the following reforms: (i) reduced compliances under the Companies Act, 2013, (ii) MSME Sector, (iii) Labour Reforms; (iv) foreign investment in India; and (v) Make in India.
What are the major challenges currently being faced by French companies while investing in India
Whether French Companies feel the Stimulus Package is attractive enough to encourage investments in India and whether it will help alleviate some, if not all, of their concerns?
