Nusrat is the Co-Managing Partner of Link Legal India Law Services and has more than 24 years of experience. In 1997, he co-founded D.H. Law Associates, a full-service pan-India law firm headquartered in Mumbai, India.  D.H. Law Associates and Link Legal India Law Services merged with effect from 01 January 2017. Nusrat is named in the Elite “A-list Lawyers” in the recent publication of India Business Law Journal (IBLJ). He is featured as a leading lawyer in Asia Pacific Legal 500 and Who’s Who Legal and was amongst the finalist in ALB Indian Law Awards 2020 as “M&A Deal Maker of the Year”.  He is the Senior Vice Chair of Agricultural Law Section of the International Bar Association (IBA). He is also a ‘Fellow’ of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London and secretary of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, India Branch. He is a member of Congress of Fellows of Centre of Legal Studies, Austria and is the Past President of the Association of British Scholars.
