Urvika Suri is a Principal Associate at PSA. An experienced litigator of over a decade, she appears regularly before various courts, original and appellate side, both in district and high courts, within and outside Delhi as well as arbitral tribunals. Additionally, she is seasoned in certain special courts including consumer; debt recovery; insolvency and telecom matters.  With an active interest and skill in POSH and related issues, she actively works as an external member of the Internal Complaints Committee of various organizations. Her court experience has given her insights and abilities to handle POSH investigations objectively. At the request of clients, she also conducts training sessions on different aspects of POSH – this includes the management about the obligations of employers, workforce sensitization of their rights and equipping IC members with skills and nuances of inquiries.
