The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry under the aegis of HR Committee organized a webinar on 'The implications of POSH in the Hybrid Workplace' on January 27, 2021. Our speaker, Sonal Mattoo, Advocate, Helping Hands and Moderator, Shrikant Lonikar, Whole-Time Director & CHRO, Pernod Ricard India discussed about the POSH Policy with help of case studies and practical examples.
The Q & A touched upon the role of Internal Committees, reverse harassment, definition of workplace, how investigations are undergoing in hybrid workplaces, legal aspects of the complaints etc.
