The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI) successfully hosted a hybrid session on 13th February 2025 at T-Hub, Hyderabad, under the aegis of IFCCI’s Food & Agri Committee, in collaboration with Vasista Enterprise Solutions Private Limited.
Key Highlights:
-Mr. Vignesh Janakiraman, PhD, Chairperson - IFCCI’s Food & Agri Committee & Former Country Head, TIMAC Agro India, set the stage by emphasizing the committee’s efforts in knowledge sharing and advocacy to strengthen Indo-French collaborations in the agri-food sector.
-Dr. Akanksha Jain, Deputy Manager, NRDC, provided insights into research and innovation in agriculture.
-Ms. Vrushali Kulkarni, Big Data Consultant, Vasista Enterprise Solutions, shared perspectives on data-driven advancements in dairy production and sustainability.
-Engaging Panel Discussion: Moderated by Mr. Aditya Patni, Partner, Khaitan & Co., the discussion featured industry leaders: Ms. Emilie Moulard, General Manager, Andros India; Mr. Hari Varma, Co-founder, Vasista Enterprise Solutions and Mr. Manjunath P, Technical Director - Savoury Flavour R&D, Mane India.
The panel explored emerging trends in plant-based alternatives, health, and agri-supply chains, highlighting key market challenges and opportunities shaping the future of food and sustainability. The session was moderated by Mr. Nakul D., Asst. Manager for Events & Membership, IFCCI.
