The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI) in association with Valeo India is organizing a site visit to Amalgamations Valeo Clutch Pvt. Ltd in Chennai.
The plant is a part of Valeo France, leads India's auto component segment by applying Valeo's 5 Axes methodology to ensure best cost, quality, and delivery through proactive improvements and a "right first time" approach. Their strengths include a robust quality strategy, Total Quality Management (TQM), supplier integration, the Valeo Production System, and continuous innovation, making them the preferred supplier for major automotive companies in India.
