The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI), Mumbai in association with EY is organizing a knowledge session on Navigating Compliance & Fraud Risk for French Companies in India. 

The significant growth in the dynamic economy has created numerous opportunities for businesses. However, this growth has also led to increased scrutiny on regulatory compliance and corporate governance. With the rise in regulatory actions and whistleblowing complaints, companies must prioritize understanding their rights and obligations to ensure effective compliance monitoring. Staying updated on evolving regulations and actions taken by regulators and enforcement agencies is crucial for navigating these challenges while maintaining integrity and transparency in business operations.

This session will be spearheaded by EY Forensic and Integrity Services Partner and Leader (West) – Sandeep Baldava. It aims to address real world case studies how companies successfully navigated regulatory challenges and present actionable insights to safeguard the business.

The session will provide insights on a range of topics, including:
