However, this growth has also led to increased scrutiny on regulatory compliance and corporate governance. With the rise in regulatory actions and whistleblowing complaints, companies must prioritize understanding their rights and obligations to ensure effective compliance monitoring. Staying updated on evolving regulations and actions taken by regulators and enforcement agencies is crucial for navigating these challenges while maintaining integrity and transparency in business operations.
