IFCCI HR Committee Hybrid Knowledge Session on DPDP Act, 2024
IFCCI, under the aegis of its HR Committee, in collaboration with Trilegal, is organising a targeted knowledge session on, ‘Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023’, on Thursday, 17th October 2024 from 11:00 am onwards in a Hybrid format* in Mumbai.
The Session will be led by expert Speakers from Trilegal.
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023 introduces a new framework for safeguarding personal data in India. HR Professionals, who manage vast amounts of sensitive employee data, must understand this law’s implications on compliance, data processing, and organizational liability.
The proposed Session is aimed to equip HR leaders with the necessary insights and tools to adapt to the Act's requirements.
