Vidyadhar Limaye, a Graduate Production Engineer with over 32 years of work experience predominantly in auto component industry, he brings with him a wealth of international experience and extensive business exposure. Vidyadhar has been instrumental in helping Faurecia gain a foothold in the large and rapidly growing automotive market of India.

In his current role as Managing Director- FIS India, he is responsible to develop Faurecia’s forward-looking strategies and overall growth path. Under his leadership, Faurecia’s Interior Business is growing rapidly with an average CAGR of 20%. Responsible for 3 state of art manufacturing plants with over1200 manpower & 700 cror yearly revenue. Awarded as “CEO of the year 2018” by Economic Times Polymer Division.

His journey with Faurecia began back in 2010, when he joined Faurecia Interior Systems as Director Purchasing India & Thailand.

Prior to joining Faurecia, working with Tata Auto Components Interior Division as General Manager Strategic Sourcing. During the span of 11 years at TACO; he has been phenomenal in Supply Chain, Customer Quality, Assembly Units, Key Customer Account, Purchasing, and Strategic Sourcing for all five Interior Plants of TACO. In 2008, he was General Manager Purchasing of International Automotive Components (IAC), where he worked on leading Indian OEM Program.

Vidyadhar has always liked to work and grow in challenging/demanding environments. Key drivers of his successful career in auto component (Tier I) industry are entrepreneurial skills, risk taking capability & exemplarity.

With his long experience in the field of automotive, on an honorary basis, Vidyadhar provides guidance and support to small scale entrepreneurs to build and secure short and long term business objectives/strategies. As a matter of his hobby, he coaches/mentors Engineering and Management students.
