Sarita Pradhan comes with 19 years of enriched and productive experience in the development sector. At present she leads and heads Employee Giving Program and Volunteering Vertical in Charities Aid Foundation India. From Catholic Relief Services, Save the Children, Care, CYSD, Landesa, VAANI Deaf Children’s Foundation and Charities Aid Foundation she has diverse experience in the development sector.

She has worked exclusively on disaster management, health and nutrition, education, HIV, Women Land rights. She is known for her experience and expertise on women land rights and women empowerment.
