“Rahul Oza is the Partner and Head of the Rödl & Partner offices in Pune, Mumbai , Chennai and Bangalore. His journey with Rödl & Partner began in Nuremberg in 2008 from where he joined the Mumbai office in 2009.

He advises Multinational Companies on corporate, regulatory, tax and other matters in or on their way to India. Rahul and his team of around 120 highly renowned professionals have successfully supported multiple hundreds of European MNC in the planning and execution phase of their market entry in India. This includes Mergers & Acquisitions, Greenfield Investments and Joint Ventures etc. Further fields of expertise of his are Corporate and Compliance Consulting as well as Interims Management.
