Padmashree Shagrithaya is the Vice-President and Head of Analytics & Artificial Intelligence at Capgemini in India. In her current role, as practice head, she helps the clients across various industry, to realize and unlock the value of investments in AI and analytics.

Padmashree has led large and complex transformational projects using Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, NLP and Cognitive Computing across leading banks, insurance, re-insurance and multinational companies. With her deep domain knowledge in Insurance, Financial Services and Banking, she has piloted business expansion for analytics in newer markets through comprehensive GTM strategy, which remains one of her key strengths.
