Mr Aymar De Liedekerke BeaufortCEO of BNP Paribas India Branches / Head of CIB India at BNP Paribas

Aymar de Liedekerke Beaufort is appointed as CEO, BNP Paribas India Branch & Head of CIB since 1st December 2019.

Prior to this new appointment, Aymar de Liedekerke Beaufort has been Head of Territory for Vietnam and CEO of BNP Paribas S.A. HCMC branch, Member of the Exco of BNP Paribas SEA since 01st June 2015 – 30th November 2019.

Aymar started his career in 1989 with Ottoman Bank in Istanbul, a subsidiary of Paribas. He has held several key management positions within the Group including as Territory Head for Czech Republic and Slovakia from 2006 to 2009, Territory Head for Hungary and South Eastern Europe from 2009 to 2011 and Deputy Head of Europe for CIB Corporate and Transaction Banking until 2012, the Head of Coverage Corporate Germany at BNP Paribas S.A. based in Frankfurt since 2012 until May 2015.

With more than 30 years of banking experience across different sectors and geographies, Aymar has developed a wealth of managerial experience and business knowledge. He also brings with him an insightful understanding of corporates needs to obtain a strong financing support and financial health. His international experience will be of considerable value in steering the business in India to the next stage of development.

Aymar holds a Diploma in International Affairs from the European Business School
