Mr. Kaushik Sengupta is Post Graduate in post graduate in Food Science and Packaging Technology and PhD in Agri business management and Masters in business law. He been an approved trainer for ISO 22000 and USFDA.

He has overall 22 years of experience in manufacturing, consultancy, auditing, training, and various quality functions related to  Packaging, food, Feed, Forestry  healthcare and cosmetics segment. Extensive experience in managing cross-functional operations in certification business by developing & executing operational strategies and led end-to-end implementation and commissioning projects to accomplish top & bottom-line profitability for organization. Experience in Food, Feed and Agriculture managing certification business for schemes like BRC, FSSC, IFS, Global GAP, Fami-QS,  ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 17065, ISO 17021, Social governance and Ethical audits ,sustainability Agri solutions.

Has auditing experience of more than 22 years over 1500 man days cover over 1000 dedicated to standards such as BRC Food, BRC Packaging & FSSC 22000, NPOP , USDA etc . The sectors covered during audits are Fish & Fishery Products (like Seafood , aquaculture), Fruits & Vegetables, Meat & Meat Products including slaughtering, Bakery Products, Beverages (like Alcoholic & Non Alcoholic), Dry products, Hotels & Restaurants, Catering Sectors and Packaging Manufacturers  (like FIBC-Flexible Intermediate Bulk containers), Paper board and carton manufacturing, rigid plastics).

He has also experience in working across different geographies like India, USA, Malaysia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, China, New Zealand, Kenya, Russia, Egypt, Singapore, Indonesia , across Europe, Vietnam to name a few.
