Delano Furtado is a part of the corporate practice group. He has more than 19 years of cross sectoral and international M&A experience.

Delano has worked with several domestic companies and multinational corporations in the context of both inbound and outbound acquisition, joint venture and equity investment transactions.

He specialises in strategic M&A and has broad experience in complex, cross border M&A transactions involving clients from Europe, the US and Latin America and has advised them on various Indian law issues impacting their entry and exit strategies. He works across sectors and with a special focus on Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Energy, FMCG, Food and Retail, Information Technology Enables Services, and Automotive.
