Practice Focus - Trade marks 

Chintamani’s primary area of practice comprises filing and prosecution of trade marks. He handles all pre-filing services, conducts due diligence searches and advises clients on the availability and registration of trade marks as well as opposition and rectification proceedings.

He regularly appears before the Trade Marks Office, Intellectual Property Appellate Board, various Metropolitan Courts & High Court in connection with prosecution of trade mark applications and oppositions & court matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Chintamani practiced as an advocate and also worked as an examiner with the Indian Trade Marks Office Ahmedabad & Mumbai.
