Mr. Amit Ghosh has been associated with Bureau Veritas Group for the past 19 years and has experience in the TIC Industry for more than 26 years.  He currently leads the Commodities, Industry & Facilities division of the Group in South Asia and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team of the Company.

Starting his career as an Engineer in USA, Amit has held various management positions in the BV Group.  He was instrumental in setting up and expanding the Commodities business of the Group in India and subsequently across the whole of Asia, based out of Singapore.

Amit holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and the University of Akron, USA, respectively.  He also holds an MBA from the HAAS school of Business, University of California, Berkeley, USA.
