Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI), under the aegis of its HR Committee, in association with Pluxee India, is organising its annual session on Total Rewards on the topic, Redefining Total Rewards: Fuelling Business Ambitions & Employee Aspirations, on Friday, 13th December2024 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm in a hybrid format in Mumbai. 

This Session will bring together Senior HR Leaders and Total Rewards Experts from IFCCI’s Member companies to delve into crucial components of human resource management. Through this session, participants will gain understanding of total rewards frameworks for the upcoming financial year and how organizations are planning to align their compensation & benefits' structures with talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and business goals thus fostering loyalty and enhancing productivity. 

The session is part of a three-step initiative aimed at equipping IFCCI HR leaders with actionable insights to shape Total Rewards strategies for the future. The initiative begins with the IFCCI Survey on Total Rewards to capture diverse perspectives on reward strategies, followed by this dynamic session where senior HR Leaders and Total Rewards Experts will share their insights. The initiative will culminate in a focused digital publication, offering cohort-specific trends and practical recommendations. 

During the session, participants will explore frameworks for aligning compensation and benefits with critical HR priorities like talent acquisition, engagement, retention, and business growth. Through collaborative discussions, this initiative aims to create actionable pathways for fostering loyalty, productivity, and organizational success.
