He has set up companies in India and has also set up Tech-savvy India Finance functions of a multi-million dollar US MNC. He has experience in M&A, JV agreements, Due diligence, Asset management and Investor relations. He has knowledge of FCPA and is good at risk assessment and its mitigation.
