Raj has over 20 years of extensive professional experience spanning mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, joint ventures, international tax, merchant banking, and valuations. He has been instrumental in the successful closure of more than 200 deals, showcasing his deep expertise in the financial advisory space. He has been involved in deals like Saint Gobain’s JV with Choksey Chemicals, L’Ocitanes investment in My Glamm, Aditya Birla’s acquisition of CTP, etc. He has advised companies Ador Group, Neterwala Group, Setco Automotive, Zandu, and PharmEasy.

Before establishing Aarayaa, Raj led the globalization practice at one of India’s prominent law firms, Nishith Desai Associates.
