With over 22 years of experience, he has established himself as an industry stalwart. Throughout his career, Jayesh has worked with renowned multinational insurance companies such as Allianz, as well as leading domestic and international brokers including Willis, JLT, and Aon. He has played a pivotal role in the development of the Employee Benefits Practice within these organizations and has been instrumental in leveraging his expertise to create innovative products and solutions. One of his notable achievements is pioneering the development of technology platforms and implementing robotic automation to streamline processes. Additionally, he collaborated with software product companies in the insurance sector, specifically focusing on building solutions tailored to the South African market.

He has actively participated in the Insurance & Wellness domain, where he has developed unique products. His commitment and expertise have been recognized through his involvement in the "Employee Benefits Steering Committee" at the WBN (Worldwide Broker Network) and as a member of the APAC (Asia-Pacific) Executive Committee. In his current role at J.B. Boda Group, Jayesh is dedicated to fostering synergies among the group companies.
